UFC Sao Paulo Draws 607,000 Viewers to FS1; Bellator 205 Attracts 346,000 to Paramount
It wasn’t necessarily a banner ratings weekend for either the UFC or Bellator MMA, but both certainly have bigger, non-cable cards on the horizon.

That ratings for the UFC Sao Paulo main card surpass figures from the last two televised events, UFC Fight Night 135 (596,000) and UFC Fight Night 134 (492,00). UFC Fight Night 136 streamed in its entirety on UFC Fight Pass.
Meanwhile, Bellator 205 drew 346,000 viewers to Paramount Network on Friday night. That card was headlined by a featherweight showdown between A.J. McKee and John Teixeira da Conceicao, which McKee won via first-round knockout. Thus far in 2018, Bellator is averaging 462,000 viewers per event.
The UFC can turn its attention to its big UFC 229 pay-per-view highlighted by the lightweight title bout between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor on Oct. 6. FS1-televised prelims for that card could be higher than average. Bellator will make its DAZN streaming debut on Saturday with a card topped by a middleweight title clash between Gegard Mousasi and Rory MacDonald.
