Round 1
Bermudez feints a takedown and sticks a left jab. Morales briefly
rocks Bermudez with a right hand and the Octagon newcomer shoots
for a takedown. Morales grabs a guillotine before Bermudez escapes.
After a scramble, Morales ends up on top, but Bermudez is framing a
triangle. It looks to be tight, but Morales gives the thumbs up.
Bermudez relents on the maneuver and goes back to his guard. After
a brief respite, Bermudez hunts for an armbar from his back.
Morales rolls and spins out of danger, but after a scramble, it’s
Bermudez who ends up on top. Bermudez lands an elbow from above
while attempting to pass. Morales is staying active with punches
and elbows from his back. Morales creates some spce with his legs
and they’re up. That doesn’t last long, as Morales takes his foe
down near the cage. Morales postures up and lands about four hard
hammerfists. Bermudez transitions to a choke with 10 seconds to go,
but Morales pops his head free. 10-9 Morales.
Round 2
A right hand lands clean for Morales in an initial exchange.
Bermudez shoots and then stumbles back and pulls guard. Morales
lets him back up. A lazy shot by Bermudez is easily sprawled on by
Morales. Morales defends another takedown but this time he is
forced into Bermudez’s guard. Morales is staying conservative on
top, while Bermudez lands some short right hands to the side of the
head. Morales frees himself and they’re back up. Bermudez
beautifully changes levels behind a left hand. Morales remains
upright, but Bermudez transitions to a guillotine in the clinch and
drops to his back. Bermudez
rolls into mount while maintaining the choke,
forcing Morales to tap in a matter of seconds. Bermudez
improves to 12-0 with a victory in his UFC debut.

Round 1
Perez missed weight by 0.5 pounds, so 20 percent of his purse will
go to Shelton. Perez lands an outside leg kick. Shelton lands a
right hand when Perez tries to close distance. A right hand
connects for Perez. Perez sprawls on a Shelton takedown. He tries
to take his foe’s back but ends up in Shelton’s full guard. Perez
does a good job of maintaining top pressure when Shelton attempts
to sweep. Perez drops a short elbow, and lands another moments
later. Shelton hustles his way to his feet and counters a leg kick
with a right hand. A right hand lands for Perez. Shelton counters a
leg kick by catching it and landing a knee to the body. Perez is
consistent with his pressure on the feet. A three-punch combination
lands for the Team Oyama product, and Shelton circles away. Perez
lands another combination and attempts to clinch, but Shelton is
able to break away. Perez executes a single-leg takedown in the
final 15 seconds to secure the frame. 10-9 Perez.
Round 2
Perez opens with an outside leg kick again. A big right lands for
Perez, probably his best punch of the fight so far. Perez drives
his foe into the fence and lands a right knee on the break. Perez
pressures forward and lands a right hand, forcing a shot by
Shelton. Perez sprawls and powers his opponent to his back. Perez
is on top with about 3:00 to go in the period. Shelton sits up
against the fence. Perez keeps his hands connected to control
Shelton’s legs. Shelton lands some elbows to the body, but his
efforts to stand thus far have been denied. Perez rides Shelton and
grabs a front headlock when Shelton attempts to explode to his
feet. Perez muscles his man down, and Shelton is back against the
fence in a seated position, with Perez controlling his lower half.
The round ends that way, with Perez in control. 10-9 Perez.
Round 3
Again, Perez begins the frame with an outside leg kick. Perez
changes levels on a Shelton punch but is denied on a takedown.
Shelton lands a right and angles out of danger. Shelton lands a leg
kick behind a punch. Shelton is leading a little more so far in
this round, but isn’t landing much. Perez gets his foe down with a
single-leg takedown. Shelton tries to explode up, but Perez
maintains a body lock. Perez lands a knee and continues to make
Shelton carry his weight. Shelton is able to free himself and they
return to the center of the cage. A counter right lands for Shelton
and he follows up with a combination moments later. Another counter
right lands for Shelton when Perez advances. Perez gets a takedown
and top position with about a minute to go. Shelton moves to a
seated position against the fence and throws some elbows. Shelton
stands, but Perez continues to keep his hands locked. Perez rides
his opponent down and stays on top as the round ends. 10-9 Perez

Round 1
Yahya shoots immediately and puts Doane on the canvas with a single
leg. The Brazilian is in his opponent’s half guard as he lands some
moderate punches to the ribs and head. Yahya has two underhooks as
he attempts to pass to full mount. Doane is in an uncomfortable
position but tells referee Kevin MacDonald that he’s fine. Yahya
continues to keep the pressure on with the underhooks as he passes
to side control. Yahya throws some sneaky knees to the chest on the
ground. Thus far, Doane’s main achievement is not allowing Yahya to
move to full mount. Yahya goes back to the knees to the body. The
Brazilian lets go of the underhooks and looks to work some
ground-and-pound from side control. Doane turns and Yahya knees his
foe in the back twice. The bout is paused due to the illegal blows
to the spine. Yahya doesn’t lose a point, but he does lose the
position. They stand with 42 seconds to go and return to action.
Yahya circles on the outside, and Doane can’t land anything before
the horn sounds. 10-9 Yahya.
Round 2
Yahya shoots from the outside and goes low for the takedown. He
looks for a guillotine choke before transitioning to Doane’s back.
Doane is briefly on all fours before Yahya rolls him over. The
grappling ace has a body triangle as he softens his foe with right
hands to the head. Yahya continues to land short punches, looking
to create an opening to slide an arm under Doane’s chin. Yahya
remains persistent with punches, and Doane attempts to sit up. The
Hawaiian can’t escape the body triangle, however, and Yahya is
still in complete control as the round approaches the 1:00 mark.
Doane stands and carries Yahya like a backpack. Doane walks to his
corner and attempts to peel Yahya off of him. So far, Yahya keeps
the body triangle engaged. Doane drops to the ground violently and
slams Yahya on his head right before the round ends, but he can’t
shake his opponent. 10-8 Yahya.
Round 3
Doane pressures with a right hand and a front kick early. Yahya
catches a body kick and briefly gets his man down. Doane is up and
pushes the head down. Yahya is dogged in his pursuit, but Doane
defends an takes mount. That position doesn’t last long, as Yahya
reverses and ends up in Doane’s half guard. Yahya is trying to
frame an arm-triangle choke, but he needs to free his left leg. He
frees his leg and then quickly jumps across his opponent’s body to
the proper side to execute the choke.
The squeeze is tight from there, and Doane has no
choice but to tap out..

Round 1
Alvey makes his UFC debut at 205 pounds against the newcomer
Prachnio. Alvey catches a spinning kick from Prachnio and briefly
gets his foe down. The Polish fighter is up and drives Alvey into
the fence, where “Smilin’ Sam” lands a couple knees to the
midsection. Alvey has a guillotine grip, but Prachnio continues to
drive his man into the fence, landing knees to the thigh. Prachnio
pulls free and they separate halfway through the frame. A high kick
from Alvey just misses and Prachnio answers with a knee to the
body. Both combatants land a punch simultaneous. A couple hard leg
kicks land for Alvey, and they second sends the Pole stumbling.
Prachnio lands a punch to the body and gives chase. That’s a bad
idea as Alvey drops his foe with a counter right hook. Alvey
briefly attempts a front choke but elects to release his grip.
Prachnio
continues to march forward recklessly with his
hands down and eats another counter right hook for his
troubles. Prachnio topples forward to his knees at the feet of
Alvey, who doesn’t need to land another punch as referee Dan
Miragliotta steps in to wave off the fight.

Round 1
Jouban opens throwing a steady diet of kicks to the body. Jouban
lands a left and they tie up briefly. They separate and Saunders
lands a right. A body kick lands for Jouban, but Saunders blocks a
high kick upstairs. A right hand from Saunders seems to rock
Jouban, who shakes it off. Saunders backs up Jouban with a front
kick and then follows with a right hand. Jouban answers with an
uppercut and overhand right. Saunders finds the home for a pair of
right hands on the chin. Jouban lands a trio of inside leg kicks.
Jouban lands a big left hook in the clinch. An inside low kick
briefly makes Saunders tumble forward to the canvas. A check right
hook lands for Jouban, who follows up with volume. Saunders hurts
Jouban with a kick to the cup, and we have a pause in the action.
Jouban shakes it off and they’re back at it. Jouban continues to
stay busy, following a front kick with a two-punch combination. The
inside leg kicks form Jouban seem to be taking a toll. Jouban also
lands an uppercut that has Saunders on the retreat. Jouban is
blending his kicks and punches nicely, and “Killa B” is struggling
to put weight on his lead leg. 10-9 Jouban.
Round 2
A kick to the body lands for Jouban on a circling Saunders. A high
kick is blocked but Saunders appears to be hurt nonetheless. Jouban
lands elbows in close, but “Killa B” won’t give ground, and they
trade willingly in the phone booth. Two successive right hands land
for Saunders, and Jouban backs up. Saunders is walking down his foe
at the moment, but his movement is awkward. Saunders legs are
almost giving out, and Jouban rocks him with an elbow. Jouban lands
a pair of short elbows in tight. Saunders continues to go forward,
throwing offense. Jouban lands yet another inside kick and Saunders
stumbles away from the fence, attempting to regain his balance.
Jouban lines up a devastating straight left to the
chin on Saunders and it lands clean. It’s over, as Saunders
goes down instantly, his left leg folding underneath him.

Round 1
Hill counters a kick with a pair of right hands. Hill continues to
press forward and lands a combination. Another right hand over the
top connects for “Overkill.” Hill is the clear aggressor, walking
down her foe and landing overhand rights in the early going. Moroz
lands an uppercut. Hill makes Moroz stumble with a lead leg kick.
They tie up and Hill pushes Moroz into the cage. They separate
quickly. Another counter right hand connects for Hill. Moroz is
throwing a lot of kicks but isn’t landing much. Hill closes the
distance with a combination and ties up Moroz. they break and Hill
attacks with an inside low kick-overhand right combo. Hill drives
her foe back with a push kick down the middle. Moroz lands a left
hook as Hill moves forward. Hill ducks under a spinning back fist
and Hill secures a body lock. Hill switches to a single leg but
can’t get Moroz down. Hill tries a jumping knee as the horn sounds.

Round 2
Hill lands an inside leg kick in an initial exchange. Moroz is
throwing plenty of volume early. But it’s Hill who continues to
land the more meaningful offense, including a pair of big right
hands. Hill ties up with Moroz, gets an underhook and lands a
couple knees inside. Hill lands an uppercut in the clinch just
before they break. Hill misses a big right and Moroz secures a body
lock. Moroz tries to get her opponent down but pulls Hill on top of
her. An elbow lands for Hill from above. Hill tries to pass and
Moroz stands. Hill lands a knee and a right hand on the break.
Moroz’s output is good, but she’s still not landing as much as she
needs to. She is keeping Hill at bay better than round one,
however. Hill is slowing down, as Moroz secures a body lock behind
a punch. Moroz presses Hill into the cage and lands a nice
combination on the break. 10-9 Hill.
Round 3
Moroz goes right back to work, staying active with punches and
kicks. Hill connects with an inside leg kick. Moroz answers with a
front kick to the body. A right hand lands for Hill. Moroz
continues to push the pace, landing a kick to the body. Hill
catches a kick and shoves her foe to the mat. Moroz pops right back
up. Hill appears to still be landing the more resounding blows, but
Moroz is leading the way in terms of output. Moroz counters a leg
kick with a left hand. Hill forces the clinch and lands some knees
in close quarters. A jab connects for Hill. Hill dodges a Moroz
combination and lands a combo of her own. Another jab finds a home
for Hill. Moroz, meanwhile, hasn’t stopped throwing offense,
although not a lot is landing. They clinch and Hill pushes her
opponent into the fence. Hill lands a couple short elbows before
they break. Hill goes body-head while evading Moroz’s offering. An
overhand right lands for Hill at the final bell. 10-9 Hill (30-27

Round 1
McMann comes up short on a powerful punching combination. A right
hand lands for McMann before the Olympic silver medalist slams
Reneau to the canvas. McMann is in side control, and Reneau does a
good job to avoid having her arm trapped in a crucifix. McMann
steps over and traps Reneau’s arm and lands a series of right
hands. Reneau escapes again, but McMann traps the arm again and
goes back to work with short punches. This process repeats several
times, as Reneau is struggling hard to keep her left arm free.
Reneau tries to stand and McMann ends up in a modified north-south
choke for a moment. She lets it go and moves back to side control.
McMann gets the crucifix again and ends the opening round landing a
series unanswered punches to the head. Referee Kevin MacDonald
takes a close look as the round ends. 10-8 McMann.
Round 2
McMann pressures and comes up short on a combination. McMann fakes
a shot and misses a punch. Reneau, meanwhile, appears tentative to
pull the trigger so far. Then, a counter right hand from Reneau
briefly drops McMann, and they trade wildly after she returns to
her feet. Reneau sprawls on a takedown. They separate and McMann
shoots again. Reneau denies it and lands some elbows to the head.
They separate and moments later, McMann finds the proper angle to
get a single-leg takedown. Reneau frames her legs for a triangle
choke and lands some elbows to her opponent’s head. McMann is
trapped in the hold, but Reneau doesn’t quite have it locked all
the way in.
Reneau works to push McMann's right arm across to
tighten the choke, and she's making progress. McMann rolls to her
side and can't resist the squeeze any longer. The former
bantamweight title challenger is forced to ask out of the fight,
giving Reneau the biggest win of her career to date.

Kelleher looks to pressure as Barao works behind his jab. A lead
hook lands for Kelleher. An outside leg kick finds a home for
Barao. Barao is finding the range on low kicks to Kelleher’s lead
leg, and they’re bothering the American. Kelleher continues to
pressure and an overhand right lands cleanly. They tie up and Barao
lands a knee before Kelleher turns him into the cage. They continue
to battle for position in the clinch. Kelleher lands a short elbow
and attempts to drop for a takedown. Dan Miragliotta isn’t seeing
enough action and he separates the bantamweights. Kelleher is very
aggressive and he wobbles Barao with a right hand. The Brazilian
forces the clinch and looks to drop for a takedown. Barao lands an
elbow in the clinch before Kelleher turns him into the fence.
Kelleher ends the frame dictating the action against the fence.

Round 2
Kelleher lands a kick to the body and a right hand. Barao stuffs a
takedown and they’re back to clinching against the fence. Kelleher
lands an elbow on the break. Barao answers with a one-two. Kelleher
lands a jab and then shoots for a takedown. They clinch and
Kelleher pushes Barao into the fence. They close quarters battle
continues and Kelleher finally connects his hands and gets Barao to
the canvas. The Brazilian pops right back up, but Kelleher
continues to grind away against the fence. Miragliotta orders
another break and they exchange willingly, with both fighters
landing. Kelleher marches forward and enters the clinch behind a
right hand. Barao gets underhooks and puts Kelleher’s back on the
cage. Kelleher defends a trip takedown and the extended clinch
battle goes on. Another separation is ordered with 10 seconds
remaining, and the round ends before either fighter can land again.

Round 3
Kelleher moves forward landing straight punches and kicks to the
legs and body. Barao launches a flying knee, but Kelleher sidesteps
it without issue. Kelleher is connecting with punches upstairs, but
Barao sprawls on a takedown attempt. Kelleher lands an uppercut to
the body followed by a left hook. Kelleher backs up Barao with
straight left hands. Kelleher is setting the pace, but Barao is
landing some jabs. Another effective leg kick from Barao appears to
hurt Kelleher. Kelleher lands a right uppercut and clinches with
the former champion. Barao lands a knee to the midsection and a
punching combination upstairs. Kellehr hurts Barao with a spinning
backfist and it hurts the Brazilian. Kelleher walks him down and
tees off with power shots, and a left hook nearly puts Barao on his
seat. Barao is in retreat mode, and Kelleher remains on the attack.
Barao lands a body kick with his back to the fence. Kelleher is
teeing off, but Barao answers with a big left hook. They’re
brawling as the round draws to a close, and Kelleher lands one more

Griffin lands a one-two combination and Perry is bleeding from a
cut on his head extremely early. Perry is walking his opponent
down, throwing massive power punches. Perry secures a body lock and
they trade knees in the clinch before separating. Griffin lands a
solid outside low kick. Griffin works the body with a pair of
kicks. Perry l ands an outside leg kick. A jab from Griffin finds a
home. Griffin is moving well, staying out of Perry’s range so far.
Perry lands a couple kicks to the body and Griffin answers with an
outside kick to his foe’s lead leg. Griffin lands a jab to the
body. A straight one-two combination lands for Griffin. Griffin
follows a kick to the body with a right hand. Griffin ducks under a
high kick and takes Perry down briefly. Perry gets a takedown of
his own moments later and he takes Griffin’s back in the waning
moments. Perry rolls into mount just as the horn sounds. 10-9

Round 2
Perry lands a couple jabs and then stumbles back briefly following
a right hand by Griffin. Another right hand lands flush for
Griffin. Griffin sneaks a jab past Perry’s guard and he pushes
forward with a combination. An outside leg kick lands for Griffin
as Perry tries to walk him down. Griffin lands a right to the body.
Perry can’t quite cut off the cage. Perry is bleeding profusely
form a pair of cuts. Griffin is picking his spots, landing his
offense and moving out of danger. Griffin feints and then backs up
Perry with a jab. Perry sticks a nice jab of his own. Another jab
lands for Perry , but Griffin drops Perry with a left hook to the
chin. He follows his foe to the mat, but Perry is up. They break
form the clinch with 30 seconds to go. Griffin remains patient, and
then picks his spot to tag Perry with a clean combination before
the round expires. 10-9 Griffin.
Round 3
Griffin enters the third round in control. Griffin lands a low kick
and then presses forward with a combination. He’s stopped in his
tracks by a big right hand from Perry. Perry looks for a single-leg
takedown and then takes Griffin’s back. Griffin tosses his opponent
to the floor and they’re back to standing. Griffin attacks the
inside and outside of Perry’s lead leg with low kicks. A jab lands
for Griffin as Perry stalks him. A right hand from Griffin stings
Perry. A lead left hook from Perry hurts Griffin and Perry follows
up with a right hand. Griffin seems to have recovered, and he lands
a right to keep Perry at a distance. Perry raises his arms and
tries to bait Griffin. Griffin ignores it and lands an inside low
kick. Griffin jabs and circles, then lands a low kick. Perry is in
pursuit and a glancing head kick gets Griffin’s attention. Perry is
in full attack mode and he lands a big left over the top. Perry
looks for a takedown with 30 seconds left. Griffin defends against
the cage. Time is ticking down, and Perry gets the takedown, but he
won’t get the finish he needs as the horn sounds. 10-9 Perry (29-28

Round 1
Latifi begins by attempting to chop away at St. Preux’s legs. OSP
answers with a standing side kick to the body. It’s a slow pace
through a minute and a half. Latifi just misses on a body kick. The
Swede tries to punch into range but St. Preux avoids it. Latifi is
trying to find the range on his punches but is coming up short so
far. St. Preux isn’t doing much better offensively. Seemingly out
of nowhere, Latifi drops St. Preux with a counter left hook. Latifi
rushes to follow his foe to the canvas. They scramble up in a hurry
and Latifi tags his reeling opponent with another left hook when
St. Preux turns around. From there, Latifi
locks in a standing guillotine choke and cranks the
hold. Referee Jorge Alonso misses a brief tap by OSP but it
doesn’t affect the outcome. Moments later, St. Preux is unconscious
and Latifi drops his foe to the canvas, giving “The Sledgehammer”
five wins in his last six Octagon appearances.

A right hand lands early for Torres and it gets Andrade’s
attention. Andrade begins her usual brand of stalking, but Torres
is countering effectively in the early going. Andrade attempts to
clinch and connects with a right hand on the break. However, Torres
is landing faster and with more volume. A left hook lands as
Andrade flurries. Torres tags the Brazilian with a one-two. Andrade
keeps moving forward, but Torres is landing with precision. A right
hand lands for Torres, but Andrade answers with a right hook.
Andrade lands a combination moving forward and forces the clinch.
They break and return to the center of the cage. A right hook lands
for Andrade. Torres attacks the legs. They tie up and Andrade fails
on a throw. She rushes forward and eats a straight right from
Torres. Torres lands a couple knees in the clinch. Andrade lands a
big slam and lands in side control just before the end of the
round. 10-9 Torres.
Round 2
Andrade presses the action with power punches but Torres avoids
taking any damage. Torres throws a couple body kicks and Andrade
attacks with punches. Andrade closes the distance, lifts Torres up
and slams her down near the fence. Torres has Andrade’s head
trapped in a reverse triangle, but “Bate Estaca” pulls her head
free and sets up in side control. Andrade stands as Torres attempts
to clear space with her legs. Andrade can’t clear the legs and
Torres is up. Torres lands several right hands as Andrade rushes
forward. Andrade throws a left hook and then drops for a takedown.
She lifts Torres up and slams her down. Torres absorbs some punches
in the process of getting to her feet. Andrade tosses “The Tiny
Tornado” to the mat once again. Torres tries to set up an armbar
but Andrade powers free. Torres rocks Andrade with an upkick and
the Brazilian dives back into guard. Torres again looks for the
armbar, but Andrade is too strong. Andrade has a front headlock,
and she lands some punches to the body. Torres reverses, but can’t
get a body lock takedown before the round ends. 10-9 Andrade.
Round 3
Torres lands a couple leg kicks before Andrade begins pressuring
with punches. That translates into a takedown for Andrade, but
Torres is able to scramble up in relatively quick fashion. Andrade
has an underhook and she rips some body punches in the clinch
before they separate. Torres lands a low kick and Andrade counters
with a left. Andrade ducks under a Torres punch and slams her foe
down. Torres is up, but Andrade maintains a body lock. Andrade
trips Torres to the mat and drops some solid right hands from
above. Andrade continues to land punches and hammerfists to the
head and body from half guard. Andrade’s physicality is taking its
toll on Torres, as she alternates punches to the head and body
before passing to side control. Torres fights her way back up with
one minute left, but Andrade is right back on her, and the
Brazilian dumps her to the canvas once again. Torres scrambles in
an attempt to take her foe’s back, but Andrade gradually shakes
Torres off and regains top position. Andrade lands more

Stephens takes the center of the cage. Emmett moves forward with a
combination. Stephens answers with a counter uppercut. A right hook
to the body lands for Stephens. Emmett attempts an inside low kick
and catches his foe in the groin. After a brief timeout, the action
resumes. Emmett lands and moves away. Stephens answers to the body.
Stephens catches his foe with a solid combination. A left
hook-right uppercut combination lands for “Lil Heathen.” Stephens
moves in with an uppercut and gets dropped by a short counter right
hand from Emmett. The Team Alpha Male product lands a couple
powerful shots from above before Stephens is able to return to his
feet. Emmett attempts a jumping kick that’s blocked. Emmett lands a
leg kick then moves out of danger. The featherweights trade kicks
before the end of the round. 10-9 Emmett.
Round 2
Stephens stops Emmett’s advance with a knee down the middle.
Stephens connects with an inside leg kick. Emmett throws a one-two
and Stephens responds by partially landing a spinning backfist.
Another inside leg kick finds a home for Stephens. Emmett throws an
overhand right and Stephens puts his opponent on his seat with a
counter left hook to the chin. “Lil Heathen” dives on his stunned
foe and unloads with approximately five elbows from above. When
Emmett moves to his knees, Stephens throws a knee that appears to
just miss his opponent’s head. If it did land illegally, referee
Dan Miragliotta didn’t notice the foul, and
Stephens shoves his opponent back to the mat and
puts Emmett's lights out with two more vicious elbows to the
head.
