Video: Watch Donald Cerrone in ‘Spenser Confidential’ Trailer with Mark Wahlberg, Post Malone

Even after a loss to Conor McGregor in the UFC 246 main event, Donald Cerrone is doing just fine for himself.

The popular UFC veteran appears in a trailer for the upcoming Netflix release, “Spenser Confidential” alongside leading actor Mark Wahlberg and musician Post Malone, and there appears to be plenty of action in the scene that is shown.

In a prison scene, Cerrone tells Wahlberg that he and the other inmates have a “have a little going away message for you.” Moments later, a brawl ensues in the library, and not surprisingly, Wahlberg appears to get the best of things. It’s unclear what role “Cowboy” has beyond that scene.

Cerrone has actor credits in a few other shows and movies including The Equalizer 2, Godless, The Night Shift, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Justified.

Directed by Peter Berg, “Spenser Confidential” is expected to be released on March 6. A brief synopsis of the plot via Netflix:

When two Boston Police officers are murdered, ex-cop Spenser (Mark Wahlberg) teams up with his no-nonsense roommate, Hawk (Winston Duke), to take down criminals in this action-comedy.
