CAMO to Host Second Annual “What You Need to Know Before You Go Pro”™ Seminar during State Championship Finals

(PRESS RELEASE) -- In keeping with its mission of providing valuable training for amateur mixed martial arts fighters and the MMA community, the California Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Organization, Inc. (“CAMO”) will host its second annual free seminar open to the public entitled “What You Need to Know Before You Go Pro.” ™ The event will bring an all star group of panelists including Bas Rutten, KJ Noons and Erik Paulson along with an experienced group of industry professionals. Like last year, this year’s panel will speak to the young fighters about what to expect and what was important to understand if they choose to pursue a career as professional mixed martial artists. “This event is a terrific way for anyone who has the dream of becoming a pro fighter to garner valuable information on what it takes to be successful at the highest level of the sport,” explains CAMO Chief Executive Jeremy Lappen. “This gives our athletes the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the sport and to be free to ask the panel the questions they always wanted to know the answer to. It was a fantastic event last year and we look forward to making it even better in 2011.” The seminar will be held on December 3, 2011 in conjunction with the California Amateur MMA State Championship Finals at the San Diego Four Points Sheraton Hotel and is open to the public. Location details are as follows:

Four Points Sheraton 8110 Aero Drive San Diego, CA 92123 Start Time: 2pm PST
