Returning to Socorro Entertainment Center on October 31 for "THUNDER"

(PRESS RELEASE) -- RANCHO CUCAMONGA, California – King of the Cage will return to Socorro Entertainment Center in Socorro in Socorro, Texas for the fourth time in 2015, with another action-packed, world-class Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) mega-event, headlined by a lightweight (155 pounds) showdown between Misael Ynarritu and Harvey Park on Saturday, October 31, 2015.

This also marks the first of a new fight deal with the Socorro Entertainment Center, which is one of the premiere venues for MMA in the southwest, thanks to Karl Maahs, GM and the Ysleta del Pueblo Sur.

The main event in the 155 lb. Lightweight Division will feature Misael Ynarritu (5-0) from El Paso, Texas (10th Planet BJJ) battling Harvey Park (2-1) from Clovis, New Mexico (Force of 1 MMA). Ynarritu has finished four of his opponents in the first round.

In the co-main event in the 125 lb. Division, Jesus Urbina (6-2) from El Paso, Texas (10th Planet BJJ) will do battle against Jerome Rivera (4-0) from Albuquerque, New Mexico (FIT NHB). Urbina has won 6 of his last 7 bouts and is an exciting fighter with world class BJJ skills. Rivera is one of the fastest rising young stars in MMA, with all 4 of his professional wins coming in the 1st and 2nd rounds and was also undefeated as an amateur.

Adrian Cruz from Rio Rancho, New Mexico (Judgement MMA) vs. Joseph David Veloz from El Paso, Texas (Independent)

Cynthia Arceo returns to the cage to fight for the King of the Cage Amateur Women's Strawweight Title Belt.

Also appearing on the card will be local favorite, Alex Diaz along with Albuquerque's Jayme Hinshaw, who puts her perfect record on the line against Shyanne Farmer (3-1) in another highly anticipated female bout.

Other fighters on the card include Victor Trujillo, Travis Arrellano, Khari Snowden, Amanda Estrella, Fabian Mata, Jasmine Rodriguez and more.
