(PRESS RELEASE) -- One of the biggest new years Resolutions is to lost weight and get in shape. The bad part is that people make such drastic changes in their life's that they make it miserable for themselves. They hate what they have to eat now and their bodies are sore. You didn't just get out of shape or over weight in one day, so it has to be the same philosophy in the reversal. Take it easy.
When you exercise, don't go overboard especially in the beginning or else you will set yourself up for failure. Your body will be sore and hate you. You won't want to do any exercise... so... take it easy. Just do a couple of things more than what you have been doing and over time you will see changes. I have couple of programs that I have been working on that will be out soon.
