Sage Northcutt Aims for Busy 2021 After ‘The Apprentice’ Guest Spot
Although Sage Northcutt’s recent work for One Championship has centered around his guest spot on their version of popular television show “The Apprentice,” he does have his mind set on a return to action soon. And not only does the Ultimate Fighting Championship veteran desires to get going early in 2021, he also hopes to have the company of his sister Colbey Northcutt at some point in the new year.
“Hopefully the beginning of next year. That’s when I’m shooting to return,” Northcutt told Sherdog. “I’m looking forward to [competing on the same card as his sister]. Me and Colbey are definitely going to fight on the same card in the future. That’s the plan. Hopefully we can fight on all of the cards together. I know when she fights, I get so pumped up. And I know when I fight, she gets pumped up. So whoever goes out first, we go out there and try and out do the other one if we can.”
Along with talking his return to fighting, Northcutt also spoke with Sherdog (as much as he could) about working on the promotion’s spin-off of the show once hosted by current U.S. President Donald Trump. He also gave his thoughts on who would be his dream opponent (dead or alive).
