It's pitch black inside Xtreme Couture's gym and Randy Couture lies on his back in the middle of the cage, his eyes shut tight.

A few minutes earlier, Couture was dodging fists and weaving around 300-pound foes coming straight at him. But now it's time to stop; to think about each move and its counter move, and visualize his path to glory like he has done for all the fights before this one.

It's a little trick he picked up during his days as a Cowboy for the Oklahoma State University wrestling team, which took two NCAA Div. I Team Championship titles while Couture was on the squad.

Couture has built his MMA career on his wrestling, but he says the fun in fighting Brock Lesnar (Pictures) will come in how the 2000 NCAA champion forces Couture to use all of his other skills on Saturday night. “The Natural” sat down with Sherdog.com’s Loretta Hunt and Dave Mandel to discuss the title clash.
