“The Ultimate Fighter 14” cast member Marcus Brimage will collide with Ian Entwistle when the UFC makes its first trip to Scotland on July 18.
The Las Vegas-based promotion announced the bantamweight pairing on Tuesday. The UFC Fight Night event takes place at SSE Hydro Arena in Glasgow and features a middleweight confrontation pitting Michael Bisping against Thales Leites.
Brimage, 30, enters the bout having lost three of his last four Octagon appearances. Most recently, “The Bama Beast” suffered a third-round technical knockout loss against Cody Garbrandt at UFC 182. Brimage is 4-3 in the UFC overall, including wins over Maximo Blanco and Jim Hettes.
Entwistle, meanwhile, earned his first promotional victory at UFC on Fox 13 when he tapped Anthony Birchak with a first-round heel hook. The 28-year-old Englishman debuted in the Octagon last July, when he was finished by Daniel Hooker in the opening stanza at UFC Fight Night “Te Huna vs. Marquardt.”
