Three bouts were announced for "The Ultimate Fighter 23” finale finale during UFC Tonight on Wednesday, including a lightweight showdown between Ross Pearson and James Krause.

Additionally, Scott Askham will meet Anthony Smith at middleweight, while Jingliang Li takes on Anton Zafir at welterweight. The “TUF 23” finale takes place on July 8 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and is headlined by a strawweight championship bout between Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Claudia Gadelha.

Pearson has already fought twice this year, dropping a unanimous decision to Francisco Trinaldo at UFC Fight Night Boston before earning a split verdict against Chad Laprise at UFC Fight Night Brisbane on March 19. “The Real Deal” is 11-7 with one no contest during his promotional tenure.

Krause enters the matchup on a two-fight winning streak, with back-to-back triumphs over Shane Campbell and Daron Cruickshank. The 29-year-old also owns victories against Jamie Varner and Sam Stout in UFC competition.
