Two new bantamweight contests have been added to UFC Fight Night 33, as Alex Caceres will collide with Mitch Gagnon, and Julie Kedzie will face Aleksandra Albu.
The Dec. 7 event takes place at Brisbane Entertainment Centre in Brisbane, Australia, and is headlined by a heavyweight showdown pitting Mark Hunt against Antonio Silva. The evening’s main card airs live on Fox Sports 1.

Gagnon, 28, has won eight of his last nine bouts, with his lone loss in that span coming in his UFC debut against Bryan Caraway. The Canadian talent rebounded from the defeat with back-to-back wins, first tapping out Walel Watson with a rear-naked choke last year before putting Dustin Kimura to sleep with a guillotine choke three weeks ago on the UFC 165 undercard.
Kedzie, 32, has lost three consecutive bouts heading into her showdown with the Russian prospect. The nine-year pro joined the Strikeforce roster in 2011 and was outpointed by Alexis Davis before submitting to a third-round armbar courtesy of Miesha Tate. “Fireball” made her Octagon debut this past July, dropping a hard-fought split decision to Dutch kickboxing ace Germaine de Randamie UFC on Fox 8.
Albu owns just one recorded professional bout to her credit. The 23-year-old earned a first-round technical knockout over countrywoman Lyubov Demidova this past June, stopping her foe in 3:13 under the Russia-based Octagon Fight Club banner.
