A lightweight duel pitting Will Brooks against Charles Oliveira has been added to the UFC 210 card.
The matchup was announced during UFC 208 on Saturday. UFC 210 takes place at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo on April 8 and is headlined by a heavyweight championship rematch between Daniel Cormier and Anthony Johnson.
A former Bellator MMA champion, Brooks defeated Ross Pearson via decision in his Octagon debut at “The Ultimate Fighter 23” finale before suffering a third-round knockout loss against Alex Oliveira in his second outing at UFC Fight Night 96. “Ill Will” is 18-2 as a professional, with nine wins coming inside the distance.
Oliveira will be returning to 155 pounds after a recent stint at featherweight. “Do Bronx” is coming off back-to-back submission defeats to Ricardo Lamas and Anthony Pettis. He is 21-7 as a professional overall, including 13 victories via submission.
