All Elbows Looks Back at the Year That Was in MMA

Remember 2012? Probably not. You've already convinced yourself that injuries are done with forever, that superfights you dream of are around the corner and that this is the year you finally accomplish an arbitrary goal you set moons ago, for it is 2013.

As trying of a year as it was on the hopes, dreams and psyches of MMA fans, 2012 still had an awful lot of notable things happen. More importantly, one of the sport's most talented crews have compiled their scrapbook of the past year in MMA. Photographer Esther Lin (along with life partner and videographer extraordinaire E. Casey Leydon) of All Elbows and MMAFighting.com has released her favorite shots of 2012 in a 10-minute highlight package, complete with a commentary track full of behind-the-scenes notes and contextual drama.
