The Prelims
Lightweights
Jakub Kaszuba (14-0, 6-0 PFL) vs. Sergio Cossio (19-10, 1-1 PFL): The undefeated Kaszuba has won the PFL Europe lightweight tournament for two consecutive years and is now eagerly awaiting his shot at the global stage. His defense has holes and has gotten him in trouble in the past, but he’s proven that he has the guts to pull out a tough win. Cossio is no slouch and will press for the finish or go out on his shield in this 160-pound catchweight affair. If Kaszuba dominates, he could have a spot on next season’s global roster waiting for him, but Cossio could put a halt to that with an upset.Welterweights
Sarek Shields (7-2, 1-0 PFL) vs. Nicholas Meck (9-2, 1-1 PFL): Both fighters enter this matchup riding two-fight winning streaks and seem to have promising futures in the PFL. Meck shined with a first-round submission win his last time out, but Shields put together a complete performance the week before. A win here doesn’t open the floodgates, but the PFL is always in need of guys to fill in as potential tournament alternates, and a victory could keep them on the short list.Advertisement
Lightweights
Husein Kadimagomaev (11-1, 0-0 PFL) vs. Kyle Driscoll (14-4, 0-0 PFL): Kadimagomaev has had an up-and-down career for a guy with only one loss on his resume, but the 25-year-old is eager to prove he belongs in the PFL. Driscoll hails from Tulsa, Oklahoma, but has a pretty diverse background that includes a win on Dana White’s Contender Series and a promising stint with Cage Warriors Fighting Championship. Driscoll hasn’t fought since 2023, but the American Top Team product will show up ready to show out in his PFL debut.Fighters only get one shot! Featherweights
Nathan Kelly (11-4, 4-2 PFL) vs. Frederick Dupras (8-2, 0-1 PFL): It has been a brutal year for Kelly. Coming into 2025 riding an 11-fight win streak, the Irish prospect has lost two straight by submission. At this point, a win is not only vital for his confidence but for his place in the organization. Ireland has its share of promising fighters in the PFL, and Kelly was considered one of its best, but his grappling hasn’t been up to par, and it will be put to the test yet again by a man who has secured all eight of his pro victories by submission.Featherweights
Damion Nelson (8-4, 0-1 PFL) vs. Isaiah Diggs (5-0, 0-0 PFL): Nelson dropped a decision in his PFL debut two years ago before embarking on a four-fight winning streak. Don’t let the records fool you. Diggs’ unbeaten streak is untested, and it will be interesting to see if he’s ready to handle the bright lights of the SmartCage.Featherweights
Matt Turnbull (9-6, 0-0 PFL) vs. Tom Pagliarulo (9-2, 0-0 PFL): Two featherweight debutants on three-fight winning streaks open the card. Turnbull is a submission specialist who has finished two of his last three fights on the ground, while Pagliarulo prefers to let his hands go.Jump To »
