Round 1
In the early going, both fighters are coming up short on their
strikes in a feeling out process. Sickinger catches a push kick and
takes Wisely down. Wisely quickly frames an armbar from his back
and looks to secure the hold. He adjusts his legs,
and extends Sickinger's arm all the way.
Moments later, Sickinger is forced to tap out.

Round 1
The welterweights trade leg kicks in the early going. Stoddard
throws a right hook then sprawls on a Stittgen takedown attempt.
Stoddard holds his hands low, walking his foe down. He attacks
Stittgen’s body with a flurry of punches and Stittgen answers with
an inside low kick. Stoddard lands a couple hard outside low kicks
of his own. Stittgen sprawls on another takedown and lands a
combination moments later. They clinch against the fence, jockeying
for position. Stittgen finally gets a takedown via inside trip with
about one minute to go. Stoddard is attempting to frame a triangle
from his back.
Stittgen tries to work his way free, but Stoddard
tightens the maneuver. Stittgen has no choice but to tap out.

Jackson lands an outside low kick. Benjilany blocks a combination
and lands a leg kick. Jackson presses forward with a punching
combination and changes levels for a takedown. Bejilany defends
well and they battle for positioning against the fence. They
separate and Benjilany just misses an uppercut-left hook combo. A
counter right lands for Jackson. Benjilany lands a knee up the
middle as the pace picks up on the feet. Benjilany tries a spinning
back elbow but is shoved to the ground. Benjilany is back up and he
hurts Jackson with a shot to the body. Jackson covers up against
the fence, and Bejilany mixes up his attack, teeing off on Jackson
with uppercuts, knees and elbows. Jackson is able to fend off the
assault and moves off the cage with about 1:00 left. A poke to the
eye of Jackson brings a brief halt to the action. Jackson catches a
kick, and looks to shove Benjilany down. Benjilany hustles up, only
to be slammed to the canvas. Benjilany is able to use the fence to
return to his feet moments later, and he responds with some knees
to the body. 10-9 Benjilany.
Round 2
Jackson comes out with a hematoma on his head. Jackson quickly
tries for a takedown and pushes Benjilany against the cage.
Benjilany turns his foe into the cage and then the featherweights
separate. Benjilany attacks with a pair of body kicks, but they’re
partially blocked. Another liver kick lands for Benjilany. Jackson
moves forward and they trade hands. Benjilany is controlling the
range with his kicks. Another body kick connects for Benjilany.
Benjilany fires off a triple left kick and then switches to his
right and kicks Jackson’s legs out from under him. “Glory Boy” lets
his foe back up. Jackson checks a kick but eats a right hand.
Benjilany is initiating most of the offense now, as Jackson
struggles to find openings. Benjilany goes low for a takedown, but
Jackson defends with ease. Jackson ends a combination with a low
kick before the end of the frame. 10-9 Benjilany.
Round 3
Jackson is aggressive with a punching combination, landing a couple
blows upstairs. That sets up a takedown attempt, and he battles for
a single leg against the fence. He puts Benjilany on his seat for a
moment, but Benjilany is up quickly and lands a right hand on the
exit. A left kick from Benjilany finds its way underneath Jackson’s
right arm. Jackson is absorbing right hands as Benjilany attacks
from range. Benjilany mixes his punches and kicks nicely. Benjilany
misses on an elbow and Jackson shoves him into the fence. Benjilany
defends, but Jackson switches to a single leg and plants his foe on
his back with less than 2:00 remaining. Jackson is in Benjilany’s
full guard now. Jackson is doing his best to stay busy but can’t
advance past his opponent’s guard. Benjilany elevates his guard and
nearly has an armbar. Jackson escapes, but Benjilany scrambles into
top position and lands some solid ground-and-pound before the round

Round 1
Morrow lands a low kick to Maciejewski’s lead leg, and the Pole
returns the favor. After a slow start, Maciejewski explodes for a
takedown and puts Morrow on his back near the fence. Maciejewski
passes to side control, where he looks to impose his 40-pound size
advantage in the heavyweight bout. Morrow has his feet on the fence
and lands some knees to his foe’s body. Maciejewski drops some
short elbows from top position. Morrow tries to buck off the fence
but Maciejewski stays in side control. Maciejewski looks to set up
a kimura, but Morrow escapes and recovers full guard. Maciejewski
drops some short strikes on his opponent’s head. Morrow tries to
lands some slashing elbows from the bottom. Maciejewski ends the
frame on top. 10-9 Maciejewski.
Round 2
Morrow attacks with a front kick, and Maciejewski catches it but
can’t get the takedown. A straight left to the body lands for
Morrow. Maciejewski appears to be laboring early in the frame. The
heavyweights stand in front of each other, but neither is really
engaging. Morrow misses a left head kick, then lands a low kick to
the lead leg. Halfway through the round, and both fighters are
reluctant to pull the trigger. A low kick lands for Morrow, who
follows with a left to the body. Maciejewski ties up with Morrow
and pushes him to the fence. Maciejewski grabs a leg, but Morrow
maintains his balance and escapes to the center of the cage. Morrow
fires off a left head kick. Referee Mike Beltran urges the fighters
to pick up the action with less than a minute remaining. A right
uppercut-left hook combination lands for Morrow shortly before the
end of the period. 10-9 Morrow.
Round 3
A touch of gloves and a hug begins the final round. Maciejewski is
winded, holding his hands low. Morrow lands an outside low kick.
Morrow grazes Maciejewski with a right hand. Maciejewski times a
takedown but Morrow has no trouble shoving his foe down. Morrow
orders his foe to return to his feet, and he lands a left kick to
the body. Maciejewski counters a double jab with a left over the
top. Maciejewski closes the distance and pushes Morrow against the
fence. The Pole has an undertook in place, and he attacks with
knees to the thigh. Morrow continues to defend and lands a knee to
the body. They separate and Morrow lands a kick to the body. Morrow
yells at his opponent and they swing wildly to end the fight. 10-9

Umar goes upstairs with a kick, then chops at Angeloff’s lead leg.
Umar catches a body kick but Angeloff lands a right hand upstairs.
Umar catches another kick and just misses a counter. A solid body
kick connects for Umar. A right hook finds its way past Angeloff’s
guard. Umar continues to walk his man down, staying persistent with
body kicks. A right hook lands for Umar. A right hand over the top
from Umar follows an Angeloff kick to the body. They tie up briefly
against the fence, and Umar goes back to attacking with a pair of
body kicks on the break. Angeloff lands a right hook and a knee
from the Thai plum. Umar shoves his foe back and delivers a knee of
his own. The round ends with Umar pressing Angeloff against the
fence. 10-9 Umar.
Round 2
They tie up early following an exchange but separate quickly. A
lead right hook followed by a straight left land for Umar as
Angeloff backs up. A straight left connects for Umar. Another kick
to the body lands for Umar. Angeloff lands a body kick of his own.
A left hand briefly backs Angeloff into the fence. Umar moves
forward and lands on outside leg kick. A straight right from
Angeloff snaps back Umar’s head, probably his best punch of the
fight. Umar lands a left and follows with a flying knee. That gives
Angeloff a chance to secure a body lock. Umar grabs a guillotine
briefly before they separate. Umar presses forward into the clinch
behind a punching combination. They exit and Angeloff drops his
head right into a vicious knee late in the round. Umar has a
spinning hook kick blocked before the end of the round. 10-9
Umar.
Round 3
Angeloff moves forward and is countered with a left. A knee lands
for Angeloff and Umar pushes his man into the fence. Angeloff
misses a combination on the break. Umar finds the range on another
solid combination. Moments later Angeloff connects with a solid
counter right hand. A straight left lands for Umar, and Angeloff
answers with a straight right. Umar goes back to the left body kick
and again it lands. He lands the body kick again. A low kick from
Umar spins Angeloff around. Umar slips and Angeloff attempts to
follow his foe to the mat. Umar gets up and slams Angeloff to the
mat before backing off and allowing his foe to stand. Umar goes
back to the body kicks, and Angeloff briefly trips his foe to the
mat. Umar pops up in a hurry. A straight left lands for Umar, who
is effective landing single shots on a consistent basis. Umar lands
a trio of left hooks upstairs, then changes levels to secure a
takedown with about 20 seconds to go. Umar ends the fight landing
ground-and-pound in top position. 10-9 Umar (30-27 Umar).

Round 1
Danis takes the center of the cage and immediately shoots for a
takedown. Walker evades the attempt and circles away. Walker tags
Danis with a couple left hands in early exchanges. Danis closes the
distance, ties up Walker and jumps guard. Danis shifts his hips in
an attempt to frame a submission from his back. Walker scrambles
away, but finds himself in even more danger as Danis rolls to a
knee bar. Danis doesn’t quite have the hold extended, so he
transitions to a toe hold.
The SBG Ireland representative cranks the
submission, and Walker is forced to ask out of the fight in a
matter of seconds. Danis, the decorated jiu-jitsu practitioner,
is successful in his mixed martial arts debut.

A front kick to the midsection lands for Gracie. Torres responds
with an inside low kick. Torres counters a body kick with a left
hook. Gracie lands a body kick and then dodges a counter offering
from Torres. Gracie catches a Torres kick and drives Torres to the
mat. Torres works his way up quickly, but Gracie maintains a body
lock. Gracie battles and eventually trips Torres to the ground.
Gracie sets up in his opponent’s full guard. Gracie stands, and
Torres attempts to create space with his legs. Gracie re-enters,
then falls back for a leg lock. Torres tries to control Gracie’s
hands as his opponent tries to find the best angle for a heel hook.
Torres continues to pull himself close to Gracie to keep his foe
from fully extending the hold. The round ends with Torres looking
exasperated as Gracie holds on to the leg lock. 10-9 Gracie.
Round 2
Torres trips after throwing a kick, and Gracie quickly closes the
distance and secures a body lock up against the cage. Gracie
alternates knees to the thighs before tripping Torres to the mat.
Gracie is patient while working in guard, landing periodic punches.
Torres tries to neutralize his foe, and looks to ref Mike Beltran
for a standup. In the meantime, Gracie passes to half guard. Gracie
stays heavy with top pressure, and he is able to pass to full mount
with a little more than 2:00 remaining. Gracie looks to set up an
arm-triangle choke.
Torres tries to prevent Gracie from jumping over to
his right side, but eventually he can’t resist. Gracie passes,
tightens the choke and forces Torres to tap out for the first time
in his career.

Round 1
Lovato Jr. catches Harris with a body kick just as his opponent
appeared to be beginning his entry for a takedown. Lovato then
attempts a jumping knee with Harris near the fence and falls to the
canvas. Harris doesn’t hesitate to go to the ground with the
jiu-jitsu ace. Harris is in Lovato Jr.’ s guard, and Lovato Jr.
gradually slides his legs into high guard to threaten for a
triangle. His legs control the posture of Harris, who attempts to
escape by pushing his arm through. However, that allows Lovato Jr.
to go belly down for an armbar. Harris attempts to roll out of the
predicament,
but that only allows Lovato Jr. to extend the arm
even more from his back. Harris taps in a matter of moments,
giving Lovato Jr. his fifth career triumph by submission.

The featherweights start out trading in the pocket right away.
Sicilia moves Sanchez backward with a big right hand and they tie
up. Sicilia does some good work with dirty boxing and then
pressures Sanchez against the fence in the clinch. Sanchez drops
and rolls for a kneebar. Sicilia briefly escapes, but Sanchez
regains the hold. Sicilia stands, escapes and jumps down into
Sanchez’s full guard. Sicilia stands and lands a hammerfist before
absorbing an upkick from his opponent. Sicilia stands and drops
some heavy punches while Sanchez fishes for a leg lock. Sanchez
gives up his back but is able to scramble to his feet and take
Sicilia’s back from a standing position. Sanchez tries to muscle
Sicilia to the ground from a rear-body lock. That doesn’t work, but
Sanchez deftly transitions to a standing arm-triangle choke. It’s
tight, but Sicilia is able to defend it somewhat as long as he
remains on his feet.
Eventually, Sanchez falls to his back while
maintaining the choke, and the evening of submissions continues as
Sicilia is forced to tap out. “El Matador” has now won seven of
his last eight under the Bellator MMA banner.

Round 1
Mir kicks the body and then briefly drops the Russian to a knee
with a combination. Emelianenko is up and the heavyweights clinch
before the Pride Fighting champion executes a hip toss to put Mir
on the floor. They’re back up and are trading liberally. Mir lands
a left hand and is on the attack. The former UFC champion is
getting careless, however, and
a left uppercut lands directly on Mir’s chin as he
steps forward on a missed punch. Mir falls to all fours,
completely dazed. “The Last Emperor” unloads with about five or six
unanswered left hands to the face, and referee Mike Beltran steps
in to intervene on Mir’s behalf. Emelianenko will advance to the
semifinals of the heavyweight grand prix, where he is scheduled to
face Chael Sonnen.
