Gadelha has won three of her last four Octagon appearances, including a contentious split-decision triumph against Angela Hill in her most recent outing at UFC on ESPN 8. The former strawweight title challenger owns notable wins over the likes of Carla Esparza, Karolina Kowalkiewicz, Randa Markos and Ayaka Hamasaki.
Yan, meanwhile, is unbeaten in her last 11 professional bouts, a stretch includes victories in her first five UFC appearances. Most recently, the China Top Team representative outpointed Kowalkiewicz at UFC Fight Night 168 on Feb. 23.
