It has all the earmarks of a last-man-standing match in the topsy-turvy Ultimate Fighting Championship light heavyweight division.

Johnny Walker tipped the scales at 206 pounds for his five-round battle with Jamahal Hill (205) in the UFC Fight Night 201 headliner on Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The eight other fighters slated for main-card duty also met their contracted weight requirements at Friday’s official weigh-in, including Kyle Daukaus (193.5) and Jamie Pickett (194)—the two men booked opposite one another in the catchweight co-feature. One lone fighter missed weight: Gabriel Benitez (148), who passed the featherweight limit by two pounds, and he has been fined 30% of his purse as a result.

Walker remains a person of intrigue due to his natural charisma and chaotic fighting style. The 6-foot-5 Brazilian has secured 17 of his 18 career victories by knockout, technical knockout or submission, six of them inside one minute. Walker, 29, has not set foot inside the Octagon since he dropped a five-round unanimous decision to Thiago Santos at UFC Fight Night 193 in October. He sports a 4-3 record in the UFC.

A 2019 graduate of Dana White’s Contender Series, Hill, who imbibed a shoe filled with water after weighing in on Friday morning, carries a 3-1 mark with one no contest through five UFC appearances. The 30-year-old Chicago native last competed at UFC on ESPN 31, where he wiped out Jimmy Crute with punches a mere 48 seconds into their Dec. 4 pairing. Hill held the KnockOut Promotions light heavyweight title prior to his arrival in the UFC.

UFC Fight Night “Walker vs. Hill” will stream to ESPN+ in its entirety, with the main card set for 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT and the seven-fight undercard scheduled for 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT.
