Racic has yet to taste defeat in the KSW cage, winning five consecutive decisions including a unanimous verdict over Damian Stasiak to win the inaugural bantamweight crown. His five straight decision wins are a record among all KSW fighters, and he is the winningest fighter in the division’s brief history. Each of the last 10 bouts for “Killer” have ended in the hands of the judges, and he yet to record a win via strikes.
Augusto dos Santos will be making his KSW debut in his first bout outside of South America, with all of his previous matches taking place in his native Brazil or Peru. This bout will be a quick turnaround for the Brazilian, who captured a decision over Isaias Simoes at a Standout Fighting Tournament event on Nov. 21. A winner in each of his last four, “Gafanhoto” rattled off a pair of rear-naked choke finishes over Eduardo Chaves and Maicon Cardoso before taking decisions over Jhonatan Cieza and Simoes this year.
Additionally, the promotion confirmed a main card lightweight tilt between Borys Mankowski (21-8-1) and Artur Sowinski (21-11, 2 NC), as well as a welterweight undercard match of Kacper Koziorkebzki (7-2) vs. Marcin Krakowiak (9-3). As both Mankowski and Sowinski are on two-fight win streaks coming into their pairing, the winner could be in contention for the victor of Ziokowski vs. Szymanski happening immediately after they meet.
