As a result, Friday’s LFA 110 card will be headlined by an interim flyweight championship showdown between Charles Johnson and Yuma Horiuchi. MMAjunkie.com first brought word of the change. A reason for the postponement is currently unknown, but the light heayvweight title bout is expected to be rebooked as soon as possible.
LFA 110 takes place at Grand Casino Hotel & Resort in Shawnee, Okla., and airs on UFC Fight Pass at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
Johnson has been victorious in two of his last three promotional appearances and is coming off a second-round submission win against Karlee Pangilinan in his last outing at LFA 100 on Feb. 19.
A native of Tokyo, Horiuchi snapped a two-bout skid at LFA 104, when he tapped out Donavon Frelow with an armbar on April 16.
