The Las Vegas-based promotion recently confirmed the pairing. UFC Fight Night 145 — also known as UFC on ESPN+ 3 — takes place at the O2 Arena in Prague, Czech Republic and is headlined by a light heavyweight showdown between Thiago Santos and Jan Blachowicz.
The 26-year-old Ankalaev bounced back from a submission loss to Paul Craig in his Octagon debut to score a first-round stoppage of Marcin Prachnio at UFC Fight Night 136 this past September. The Dagestani fighter is 9-1 as a professional, with five of those wins coming by KO or TKO.
Stosic, meanwhile, ran his winning streak to nine in his first promotional foray, as he stopped Jeremy Kimball in the opening round of their UFC Fight Night 134 encounter on July 22. The 26-year-old Belgrade, Serbia, native owns a 13-1 career mark that includes nine triumphs inside the distance.
