UFC London Gets Marc Diakiese-Damir Hadzovic Lightweight Matchup

Marc Diakiese will square off against Damir Hadzovic in a lightweight bout at UFC London on July 23.

Promotion officials recently announced the pairing. UFC London takes place at the O2 Arena and is headlined by a heavyweight showdown pitting Curtis Blaydes against Tom Aspinall.

Diakiese snapped a two-bout losing streak in his last outing, when he captured a unanimous decision triumph against Viacheslav Borshchev at UFC on ESPN 33 on March 26. “Bonecrusher” is 6-5 during his promotional tenure and 15-5 as a professional overall.

Hadzovic also ended a two-fght skid in his most recent appearance, as he outpointed Yancy Medeiros at UFC Fight Night 190 in June 2021. “The Bosnian Bomber” is 4-4 within the Las Vegas-based promotion and 14-6 over the course of his pro career.
