A lightweight clash between Yancy Medeiros and Damir Hadzovic that was originally scheduled for earlier this month has been rebooked for June 26.

Medeiros vs. Hadzovic was previously slated for UFC Fight Night 188 on May 22 before it was scrapped on the day of the event when Hadzovic suffered a non-COVID-19 related illness. Now, it will go down at UFC Fight Night 190 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. MMAjunkie.com was first to report the new date of the bout.

Medeiros, meanwhile, has lost three straight within the Las Vegas-based promotion. Most recently, he dropped a three-round verdict to Lando Vannata at UFC Fight Night 167.

Hadzovic is 3-4 in UFC competition and is coming off back-to-back losses against Christos Giagos and Renato Carneiro.

UFC Fight Night 190 is headlined by a heavyweight clash between Ciryl Gane and Alexander Volkov. The main card airs on ESPN+ at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT, while the prelims stream on ESPN+ at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT.
