Just when it looked like the finish streak at UFC 242 was about to end, Sarah Moras pulled through in the closing minutes of her bantamweight contest with Liana Jojua. Moras was dominating the contest throughout the first two rounds. She continued to dominate going into the third, and just when it looked like she might coast to a decision win on the judges' scorecards, Moras was able to get top position on the canvas. After reigning down some ground-and-pound, Moras earned the late TKO finish.
Moras goes down in the history books as the winner of the first-ever women's mixed martial arts fight in the United Arab Emirates.
