In the latest edition of MMA Roots, Marcelo Alonso explains the history of Chute Boxe, created 42 years ago by Rudimar Fedrigo in Curitiba, Brazil.

Alonso chronicles the iconic fight team, from offering free classes in a Curitiba public square, passing a bloody challenge against capoeira rivals, the national consecration of the sports, up until worldwide recognition with “The Axe Murderer” in Pride Fighting Championships.
