By The Numbers: Dan Henderson

Dan Henderson left an indelible mark on the sport of mixed martial arts.

A co-founder of the revolutionary Team Quest camp, “Hendo” compiled a 32-15 record across a remarkable career that spanned nearly two full decades. He was the first fighter to hold major championships in two weight classes simultaneously, engaged in some of the sport’s most memorable rivalries and put together a highlight reel that compares favorably to any of the all-time greats, wielding a nuclear right hand that struck fear into virtually every opponent he encountered. Henderson retired at the age of 46 in 2016 following a contentious unanimous decision loss to Michael Bisping in a failed bid to capture the undisputed Ultimate Fighting Championship middleweight crown.
