LFA 75 Weigh-in Results: New Main Event Set

By Jay Pettry and Cole Shelton Sep 6, 2019

The Legacy Fighting Alliance is back this Friday in West Valley City, Utah, for LFA 75, but not before there were some changes to the card lineup.

In the new main event, featherweights collide as Jon Neal (146) prepares to take on Andrew Cruz (146). Neal will be looking to rebound from the first loss in his career, which came to Tyler Diamond at LFA 66. His opponent Cruz is riding a two-fight win streak with finishes over Nathan Stolen at Bellator 205 last September and against Drew Brokenshire in February. Originally slated for the main event slot was Troy Lamson against Arthur Estrazulas, but that fight fell off the card. Instead, co-headlining will be a featherweight tilt between Samson Phommabout (145.8) and Mauro Chaulet (145.6).

LFA 75 airs on AXS TV on Sept. 6 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT, and takes place at the Maverick Center in West Valley City, Utah. The event also features a featherweight scrap between Westin Wilson (146) and Bobby King (145.4). Scheduled for a 175-pound catchweight is a battle between the unbeaten Miles Hunsinger (174.6) and Nathan Kearsley (173.8). Two middleweights go face-to-face, as Jered Gwerder (184.6) locks horns with Mike Jones (184.8). Opening up the main card is a heavyweight showdown as Eric Iman (256.6) looks to hand Tony Darling (249) his first career defeat.
