As a result of the cancellation, the middleweight championship showdown between reigning titlist Rafael Carvalho and Gegard Mousasi has been elevated to the new headliner. Bellator 200 takes place at the SSE Arena in London and airs on the Paramount Network via tape delay in the United States at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT.
Filipovic, 43, has won his last eight bouts. The Pride Fighting Championships veteran last appeared at Rizin’s New Year’s Eve event, where he stopped Tsuyoshi Kosaka in just 62 seconds. Filipovic lost to Nelson via third-round technical knockout in their first meeting at UFC 137 on Oct. 29, 2011.
