Rizin Fighting Federation Announces First Three Events of 2024

Rizin Fighting Federation is beginning to fill up its itinerary for the first portion of 2024.

The Japanese promotion recently announced dates and locations for its first three events of the year. Rizin Landmark Vol. 8 will take place on Feb. 24 at SAGA Arena in Saga, Japan; Rizin 46 is set for March 23 at World Memorial Hall in Hyogo, Japan, and Rizin 47 will go down on May 6 at Ariake Arena in Tokyo.

Rizin Landmark Vol. 8 will include a lightweight tilt between Luiz Gustavo and Yoshinori Horie as well as a featherweight showdown pitting Vugar Karamov against Kazumasa Majima.

Meanwhile, three bouts have been confirmed for Rizin 46: Naoki Inoue vs. Shoko Sato at bantamweight; Rena Kubota vs. Yu Ri Shim at super atomweight and Koji Takeda vs. Kyohei Hagiwara at featherweight.

Finally, Chihiro Suzuki will lock horns with Masanori Kanehara in a featherweight scrap at Rizin 47.
