The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to the UFC Apex this weekend, this time with an intriguing featherweight main event.
UFC Fight Night 230 is headlined by rising contender Sodiq Yusuff and fan-favorite veteran Edson Barboza. Ever the professionals, both main event fighters had no issue making weight. As for the rest of the card, all fighters made weight with the exception of Christian Rodriguez. The would-be bantamweight came in 4 pounds over the limit at 140 for his fight against Cameron Saaiman and has been fined a percentage of his purse as a result.

Meanwhile, Barboza (23-11) snapped a two-fight losing streak by delivering a vicious knee that knocked out Billy Quarantillo. Prior to setbacks to Bryce Mitchell and Giga Chikadze, the Brazilian had picked up wins over Shane Burgos and Makwan Amirkhani. The 37-year-old fighter officially weighed 146 pounds.
UFC Fight Night 230 will air live on ESPN+ in its entirety. Prelims begin at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT, while the main card starts at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT.
